Passage: Matthew 28:1-10
The Resurrection Life
Matthew 28:1-10 - Let’s go back to this early Sunday morning…
You and I can experience the resurrection life when we:
7 But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ… 8For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him… Philippians 3:7-9
1.) Decide that ___________________________________ the resurrection life.
- V. 8 - “rubbish” literally = refuse, as the excrement of animals, offscourings
10 that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, Philippians 3:10
2.) Decide that ____________________________________________________.
- What must happen before a resurrection?
- Luke 9:23-24 - “If anyone would come after me…”
11 that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
Philippians 3:11
3.) Decide that ___________________________________ the resurrection life.
- John 11:25 - “I am the resurrection and the life.”
- Does my life reveal a desperate pursuit of Jesus?
Will you surrender to Jesus, so you can experience His Resurrection Life today?
