Passage: Colossians 3:12
A Heart for the Local Church
A Vision for Your Heart, Part 2
“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. ”

My vision is that I (we) would increasingly develop:
- A heart for God.—To passionately love God and vigilantly protect my heart from idols.
- A heart for the local church. – Joyfully, willingly and submissively live in unified, loving relationships with the members and leaders of my local church.
Can we just ‘get real’ about the local church?
12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Colossians 3:12 (NIV84)
